Confidence Fitness Space Saving Elliptical Trainer
The most compact elliptical in the Confidence Fitness class, this space saving elliptical retails for just over $100 bucks. It’s recommended for individuals just starting to use an elliptical for the first time. It’s also a great choice for someone on a tight budget. Whatever the case may be; this model is best for beginners.
However, if you are an intermediate to advanced elliptical user, we recommend looking at other options. The Confidence Fitness Space Saving elliptical offers a lower quality product, which one of the reasons why the retail price is so low. In addition, it’s extremely lightweight, which is great for moving, but it’s very wobbly when using.
Another obstacle we found dealt with a person’s height. This elliptical model was not built for average to tall people. The handle bars just feel like they should be used by a shorter person. So, if you are 5’10” tall or above, using this Confidence Fitness model might be extremely uncomfortable for you.
Luckily this machine still provides plenty of resistance to give you a fantastic workout. We also found the heart rate monitor to be pretty accurate and enjoyed the benefits of the digital console. It also has a 220lbs. weight capacity and offers six different functions to track:

Just like any other elliptical machine, the Confidence Fitness series is in several households across the world. While we are not personal fans of ellipticals with low-quality builds, we do believe they are best for beginners. Since these models are quite inexpensive, it gives you an opportunity to see if elliptical training is right for you.
